Manchester/Bristol prospective students?

My advice would be to go for Bristol. It is nicer as a university overall. Manchester has a gigantic student population, perhaps too big, and you might feel like a number there in packed out lectures rather than a well-rounded student. Manchester is a great research university, but l get the impression their massive student population is there to help fund that research.
