Changing SFE bank details

I'm changing my SFE bank details, and i've 100% inputted the correct sort code and account number of my account but it keeps saying this 'The bank details you’ve entered do not match the details we hold - Enter your old bank details' i need to change it asap, has anyone else had this problem. and i really need to change it as i'm planning on cancelling my card

Hi there,

It would be best to call 0300 100 0607 so that an adviser can look into this for you if you are unable to confirm the existing details on your account.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.
