Job and sixth form

Hello, i want a job and my dad wants me to get one but i am quite worried about juggling it with sixth form and homework, revision and having rest time and friend time so yea

I usally finish school at 2.50 and i have free periods during school to do homework and revision but it's usally not enough for the amount of work my teachers give me ( i do English lit, geography and psychology and an EPQ )

I reallh want some extra money cus like who doesnt? And i am also getting 70 quid a month from the government for a bursary so its not like im desperate for money

Where the job is around a 20 minute bus ride depending on the traffic so 40 mins a shift, the job is alr ( its Next so retail) and my dads mate works there and i would also get a mini clothes discount

Pls help ( i am also a MASSIVE procrastinator)

It depends on what year you're in tbh. I found that I was able to juggle a job and sixth form whilst in year 12 but ended up quitting in year 13 because it was too much. I only worked one shift a week but I was doing 8/9 hour shifts and it left me feeling exhausted. In year 13 I did pick up a tutoring job where I would do a few hours during the week and I found that to be very manageable. So it honestly just depends on how many hours you would be working and when. It also varies person to person, you might be able to handle more than I could. The money I saved is currently helping me survive through my first year of uni and I did gain valuable experience from having a job.
