the details aren't released to the public because they signed a non-disclosure agreement upon settlement.

still, a pretty **** thing to do to a friend by diluting his shares to less than 1% in an unfair contract. talk about backstabbing. personally don't expect zuckerberg to care about the people who generally use facebook, just like i wouldn't expect it from any other social media co. but if you're a close, personal friend that throws you under the bus, that's low.
