Backlogs criteria for msc real estate at glasgow and manchester

I have received conditonal offer from glasgow for admission in msc real estate with condition that i should have all semester marksheet with not more than 4 backlogs, i had 8 backlogs which are all cleared. Does glasgow give waiver on this conditon with strong final grade of 7.11 CGPA and work exp inline with the course.

Also, does university of manchester has such condition in their offers ??
