Has anyone booked EY ‘experience day’ for 2026 school leavers?

Hi I need help please. I’ve applied for Leeds and put Leeds or Manchester on the app form for the Experience Day should I get that far. Gone to book about 3 weeks ago after completing and being successful in all previous stages, and only one available was 28th November in LONDON. Booked it because I didn’t know what else to do and rang and emailed, asking if Leeds or Manchester would appear as an option?? Got nowhere on the phone call and a reply a couple of days ago to email stating they had ‘unbooked’ my London booking so I could book again at a different location. This time London and Edinburgh were the only options. By this time had been given a different, UK, email so emailed them the same (awaiting reply). Just checked now and London is no longer available! Do I now book Edinburgh? What on earth is the process here and what is going on? I’m thinking of pulling out its so frustrating. Thanks in advance

That is so annoying - have they not replied to your first email? There is a website where you can ask questions and the team does reply quickly. Let me go searching for it.
Can you share what your screen shows when you go to book? I've also been trying and nothing comes up. I'll attach a pic.
But honestly go for anything - they get over 70k applications, they won't wait around! I'm sure they cover travel and accommodation too?

Same thing happened to someone ik on the 'apprentease' discord server, they were waiting for closer locations to Manchester to open so they didnt book London and emailed them. Now only Edinburgh is available for them. Idk if other locations will open over the weeks but thats very odd.

Can u see what i sent and how is ur screen different to mine pls? I tried contacting EY but not responding - where is the book option?....

I’ve got the option to book Edinburgh now (was London) and they’ve replied today to say they don’t know if others will appear or not in different locations so I’m going to Edinburgh… 4.5 hrs each way on 6 trains

Oh god that’s rough. But a job is a job in this climate, will they cover accom? Make it a trip too.

Also what have you applied for again and where? I’ve applied for Tax in Leeds and it’s the School Leavers. I’ve finished my A Levels and I got my results August just gone so I’m taking this year as a gap year and have applied to several, they all start to merge into
