That is so annoying - have they not replied to your first email? There is a website where you can ask questions and the team does reply quickly. Let me go searching for it.
Can you share what your screen shows when you go to book? I've also been trying and nothing comes up. I'll attach a pic.
But honestly go for anything - they get over 70k applications, they won't wait around! I'm sure they cover travel and accommodation too?

I’m having the same problem, what did you do to fix it?

I have emailed them like lots of time they keep extending my deadline and say the button will show up when events my role are scheduled but its about to be a month soon. Just have to refresh on the daily.
