2nd year accomodation

Hi everyone! I know its early, but id really love some advice on finding second year accomodation. Me and my girlfriend would love to find a studio apartment or house for just the two of us, but im really struggling with where to begin. Ive had a look at unihomes, uniaccom, etc.... but had not much luck..... and many houses have way too many bedrooms, since theyre more tailored to group bookings.... Any advice would be great!!

Hi!

It's definitely not too early, the earlier the better! I would advise that you filter the search to max 2 or 1 bedrooms or put things such as studio in the search filter and check regularly, properties are often put on the market every couple of days so don't give up searching! Also if you can't find any just ring the housing services like uniaccom and ask them if they have any studios etc available.

Have you tried contacting the university accommodation team, who might be able to recommend some letting agencies or landlords?

Although it refers to Kingston most of the websites and advice are general for the UK.

I would also recommend spare room.
