Just be aware that A*A*B does not equal A*AA - its not like 'total UCAS points'. Remember also that they will want A*AA in August not 'something that might sort of look similar'. However, one or even two choices like this is worth it - you might get an offer, but be prepared for a longer wait for a decision, and for the possibility of No. Make sure that your other choices are more realistic and that you have an obvious Insurance choice.

What is the Contextual offer - and do you meet the criteria for a contextual offer at each individual Uni?

For example with Warwick I’m applying with A*A*B, the actual entry requirements are A*AA but the contextual (which I’m eligible for) is AAB? It’s the same with universities like Bristol which I am considering

If you are certain that you meet the contextual criteria, then you only need to meet that entry grade requirement - not the standard offer grades.
