Honestly speaking as a year 11, year 8 is not a time to be stressing too much. My school had us picking options for that year and year 9 so I’m not sure if your school does the same but if it does just focus on finding the subject that you genuinely want to stick with and just relax with things. Still pay attention in lessons and if you really want to revise then you can find out the revision methods that work for you since there is no real pressure yet!
