please help: discount for tenant replacement trinity view coventry

i was supposed to pay an instalment of £1872 in october, i’m more than happy to pay £800-1000 of that for anyone who’s willing to take over this tenancy. it’s £130 a week for 51 weeks meaning you only pay £5530 for an en-suite room if i pay, which again i’m more than happy to do. it’s located 10 minutes away from coventry university by walk and 20 minutes away via bus to warwick and there’s a bus station near by.

it’s an en-suite room with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a shared kitchen and living room and you also have rooftop access which is pretty cool.
