Plymouth - it was in Clearing last year, so even though its AAB it worth applying - MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy - University of Plymouth

Liverpool - AAB-ABB - Pharmacy MPharm | Courses | University of Liverpool

Leicester - ABB - Pharmacy MPharm | University of Leicester

Lancashire - BBB - Pharmacy, MPharm (Hons) Degree Course UK
Hi there,
it's great to see you considering to do pharmacy and with those predicated grades, there are some great universities to consider.

https://www.crimsoneducation.org/uk/resources/universities/uk-universities-that-accept/ABB/Life-Sciences-&-Medicine:-Pharmacy-&-Pharmacology

The link above is a great resource to look at the current options available for your predicated grades. Although it does include pharmacology, I'm sure it is simple to filter out the pharmacy ones.

Whilst considering your options that are suitable for your predicated grades is important, it is also important to consider the university and the course itself. For example location, safety, city vs campus universities, social life, societies and things to do. These are important factors when deciding which ones to put down on UCAS as you will be spending 4 years at the university so you have to decide what is important to yourself.

I hope that helps and good luck in your application !

I am currently at Medway School of Pharmacy and think it’s a great university, it’s a smaller campus which i love if that sounds like its for you, and all of my lecturers are fantastic. I think it depends what you’re after in a university though, I knew I would enjoy a smaller campus and the great thing about Medway is it’s a partnership school between Greenwich and Kent so you have access to all of their campuses.

Hi,

I’m a third-year pharmacy student at LJMU and I’d definitely recommend considering studying here. The course is very well structured and gradually builds your confidence in both academic and clinical areas. From early on, you gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a pharmacist. There is a mix of lectures, skills workshops, labs, simulations, and placements to make learning engaging and practical. During placements, we get to explore all sectors throughout the degree, including community, hospital, and GP, as well as running our own health clinics.

The support here is excellent, as lecturers are approachable and you also receive guidance from personal tutors, module leads, and course leaders. There are regular revision sessions, mock assessments, and consolidation workshops to help you succeed.

Liverpool itself is a fantastic place to study. It’s affordable, diverse, and full of culture and activities. The student community is friendly, with many societies and events for all interests organised through JMSU, our student union. Pharmacy is based at the city campus, where you’ll find great study spaces, including the City Campus Library and the 24/7 Student Life Building, conveniently located between both campuses.

The course entry requirements are BBB and for more information about the course https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/study/courses/undergraduates/2026/35577-pharmacy-mpharm

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask either on here or through UniBuddy on our course website.

Hi there!

Great to hear you're considering studying pharmacy at uni!

For MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy at Teesside University, the entry requirements are a minimum of BBB (or equivalent) at A-Level, including chemistry and one other science (from biology, maths, physics or psychology). You can check out the full entry requirements, along with lots more useful info, on the course page here.

I would recommend doing plenty of research into all the universities which offer pharmacy and check out their entry requirements. Once you've narrowed down your options, heading to an open day is the best way to get a feel of the uni, checking out the campus and the facilities, and having a chat with staff and current students.

You can book your place at Teesside Uni's next open day here.

I hope that helps! 😃
Thanks,
G
