What's everyone been doing/ planning to do to prepare for LandEc interview? Any specific topics that are popular this year? Or any type of questions they usually ask?

According to St John's website, their questions then to be broad, for example: “Discuss the factors that may affect the value of homes in cities from the centre outwards. How might a growing uptake of working from home affect these values?”, and they're looking to see how you approach such a question from different angles. The interview itself is dependent on the college you applied to.
