Tenancy Takeover - IQ Tufnell House (Either from December to January)

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at iQ Tufnell House.

The room is a Silver Ensuite Plus, so you’ll have a large private room with your own bathroom (+ double bed and wardrobe!). It has been newly refurbished, so if you’re looking for a clean and modern room, this would be a perfect choice!

It's £348/week now (all bills included) – originally £377/week but I will cover your first week of the rent and give my £600 cashback, making it 348/week.

It only takes 20 minutes by tube (Northern line) to UCL main campus, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, Sainsbury’s, M&S, and other local shops nearby. This accommodation is near Regent’s University, University College London, the University of Westminster, City University, and the University of the Arts.

Two night buses stop close to the building, which is super convenient. There is an onsite gym, clean social spaces, and a huge laundry room. The staff are super nice here too.

Unfortunately, I can no longer stay in London, so I’m looking for someone who can take over the tenancy as soon as possible.
