UCAS wont send reference request to reference

I asked to use my tutor for a reference and he agreed, i left college in 2024 so I've been out of college for a year now. I put all his details in and checked to make sure everything is correct, but when i click the 'request reference' button the email UCAS are supposed to send doesn't get sent, i get an email saying that they've sent the email, but the email doesn't appear in my references email. Im starting to get a bit stressed with timing now, can anyone help?
