Is Economics, Geography, Maths and AS Chemistry for my A levels suitable for economic

I would like to do Economics with management at Warwick UNI, and i am planning to choose the above subjects for my A levels. Is this a combination that would make me competitive and give me good prospects? The course details Only Require an A in Maths, but other than that There don't seem to be any other requirements(Other than the fact that In general Further Maths is reccomended.) And would this subject combination also be competitive for other Unis and economics courses?

If Maths is the only required subject, but FM is 'preferred' then that will be used as a filter if there is pressure for offers/places. Marketing legislation means that Unis do have to be totally honest and upfront about entry requirements - this is a very clear example of 'required' and 'preferred' subjects.

FM may be required or preferred by some of the more competitive Unis - you will just have to check the entry requirements. However, despite what many school-leavers are told, the majority of employers are not that bothered about 'which' Uni - they don't actually use this as a filter for job applications.

And - your views about Uni/course choices will change over the next year. What might seem a definite choice right now could easily change especially as you get more realistic about your likely grades.

Btw, why are you taking AS Chem, This will not add anything to your application for Economics etc. Can you switch this to AS FM instead - some Unis will make lower grade offers for Maths heavy courses.
