Mott MacDonlad Grad Schemes 2026

I haven't seen any threads about Mott MacDonald for this year so thought I'd make one. Has anyone heard back from their after doing their psychometric assessments? I applied for Management Consultancy and its been about 3 weeks since I did the assessments and heard nothing.

I applied for Sustainability Consultancy - online assessment 31st Oct but was rejected on the 6th Nov. Realistically I don’t think it was the right role for me/related enough to my degree

I’ve been emailed today asking me to attend Assessment Centre. Did one for another company last week but didn’t get through so I’m hoping more success here

Different pathway but I am still under review as well, finished the OA on the 23rd of October - I hope we hear something back soon

Hi everyone, I applied for the Flood Risk Specialist role on 17 Nov. It was just simple box-ticking, no CV or long answers required. They gave me 4 days to do the online assessments. After I did the online assessments, they said they would email with my outcome within 3 hours. I received an email about an hour later saying that I passed the tests, and giving me 4 days to fill out some longer application questions. I did that on 24 Nov and am now playing the waiting game while they look at all the forms! Hope that helps some people who are thinking of applying get a better idea of what the first stages of the process look like :smile:

Just as an fyi to those wondering about the process – I applied early Oct, succeeded in the assessments and had an in-person interview (mid Oct). I received and accepted my offer in mid Nov. The whole process from application to offer took ~6 weeks.
