Graduation
I have finished 4 years course in May and got the results out in September. I have passed so did my classmates, we was supposed to graduate this year, but our school did not contact us or gives us any information regarding it, till this day me and my classmates haven’t got proper answers or anything at all. We did contact our school in so many ways, we also completed complaint form nothing was done. They responds are always email to this person or that person… Has anyone experience this?

Have you looked on their website or google 'uni name graduation'?

Not really my remit, but have you called the graduation team or spoken to your academic dept about when graduation is for your cohort?
Was it a complaint to the dept or the central university? Not enough info to assist I am afraid, we don't know even what country or uni this was in.

Sorry to hear about the situation you and your classmates are dealing with. If you’re able to share a bit more detail, we might be able to offer more specific advice.
As others have mentioned, does your university have a Graduation Team? They’re usually the ones who handle anything related to graduation. Have you also tried contacting your course faculty to check what’s going on?

Hope you are well, do you have a specific graduation team at your university and have you contacted them? I suggest contacting them, what is the name of your university as well as I would need more information to offer you any specific advice!
