college or 6th form?

im in year 11, so very soon ill have to make my choice between 6th form and college.
I guess i was pretty set on 6th form for a while but suddenly I've had a change of mind and I'm kind off leaning towards going to college.
I'm somebody who misses a lot of school due to mental health issues and the though of staying in a high school setting freaks me out, if i did go to college i would want to go out of town (especially because i live in a small town) and have the opportunity to meet new people and fell in control of my own education.

any suggestions? (or reassuranceT-T)

The sixth form in a school is different - you are treated more as an adult [well, that's been true in the three schools I've taught in]. Go to Open evenings and talk to students - there tends to be less support at a college and they can vary a lot.

If you prefer working in a School enviornment, go for a sixth form. I found that Sixth form is different as its more structured whilst College offers a larger amount of courses of a wider range. You likely would meet new people in either situations!
