Student Finance not updated correctly - please help

I recently had to change my university for Student Finance via a change of circumstances form. It got approved today and it says I am awaiting payment however the payment says it is blocked for the maintenance loan. I received an update from the 7th November to say it was blocked because the university says I am not attending the course but I assume that was for the university it was originally linked to rather than my current university. Currently it says the may current university has confirmed my enrolment and my tuition fee has been approved. I also 100% included that I am living at home with my parents on the change of circumstances form rather than living away as I was originally going to do, however the amount for my maintenance loan is the minimum for living away rather than staying at home. I know I definitely said I was living at home as I completed the section on the form and added an extra piece of paper to confirm. I'm not sure what to do about it being blocked as I really need the money for my maintenance loan but I am also worried that I am going to be overpaid since the amount is wrong :frown:

Update - so I used the online messaging service to contact SFE and they said my application hasn't been processed and soon when it is fully processed it will have the amount changed. However they said the reason it has been blocked was because my university said I wasn't attending. They said this was on 15/10, so it must have been the old university that said that. They said I will need to contact my university to say that I am attending to release the maintenance loan. However, currently my application is linked to my current university and it says that they have confirmed my enrolment, just that I am awaiting payment. I am very confused about what I need to do

Either the old or new university can send us over a 'change of circumstance transfer' to update the course and university if the application is previously withdrawn. If you want to speak to the new university and ask them to send this over to us. Thanks, Jason
