Rathbones Graduate Analyst 2026

hi! just making this thread so that we can share any tips or support each other with the Rathbones application process!

I have had the interview with grb and am just waiting to hear back to see if I will be invited to the assessment centre! I applied for graduate wealth in Scotland + graduate analyst trainee in asset management in London :smile:

Have you heard back yet?
Not heard anything yet since the teams call, so starting to think it’s been unsuccessful given how close we are to the proposed AC now.

Hi! No I haven’t heard back yet. Yes I agree, feels like it’s been unsuccessful for me too, since the AC is coming closer and closer.
Hopefully they will contact us today!

The recruiter told me that they're waiting to finish all interviews to notify everyone and that we would have just over a week of notice before the AC

Hey!

How did you get on? I have my assessment centre for Wealth Management in London next week and I know they did the Scotland office AC's already so if you were there I would love some advice!
