Need a student room in Cardiff?

My daughter has a room at Bridge Street exchange that she no longer needs. It is in the centre of town, by the Utilita stadium. The room is on the third floor, with a shared kitchen with 5 other students. There is a laundry room, gym, and all bills are included. Security is excellent 24 hours/day. There is a social calendar if you wish. The room is clean, very comfortable with a double bed and lots of storage.
I am offering to pay for the accommodation up until January 1st 2026 - so that you get a free room until then. Thereafter it is £172 per week - currently until July 17th but extendable if necessary.
