Overpayment deferal
I have applied for a deferral of my overpayment because it has been deducted from funding. almost £2k has been deducted and will continue to do so. I have received an email stating that SF will only defer £241 out of £5,662. I think this is extremely unreasonable, especially since I provided evidence that I have debt of around £10k and I'm behind with some priority bills.
I have sent the appeals team an email. Assuming they are no help. What's the next step of complaining to SF?
I appreciate the money needs to be paid back.
My university are unable to help.
I find it frustrating, because I had to withdraw due to a miscarriage, yet there are students known at the university to be there just to claim funding.I have always been a good student. It's just unfortunate that I had to go through my personal situation.
