Hi all,
Is anyone else having issues with the application form?
I emailed RCA about two weeks ago via the contact form on rcaprod.service-now. The admissions team CC’d the system team, but I’ve heard sod all back since — neither to the original enquiry nor my follow-up.
I’m applying for the Jewellery & Metal MA, which requires a portfolio, but my form doesn’t include any section to upload one. The only sections showing are:
Portfolio instructions
Personal statement
Your journey (video)
Work experience
Is anyone else seeing the same thing, or found a workaround?

Admissions referred me to their technical team, but I didn’t receive a response.
I was able to resolve the issue by starting several applications and completing them up to the relevant sections without submitting them.
The portfolio upload only appears after the video has been submitted. If it doesn’t, starting a new application and trying again can trigger it.
I had to create multiple applications to get both the qualifications section and the portfolio upload to work, but I got there in the end.

Thank you so much for the info!! Glad that you got to the end, hope you get the offer soon! Also do you know if there's a file size limit for the video and the portfolio? I can't find it both the application portal and the RCA requirements page...

I applied for the IDE first round and did an interview last week. It seems to have gone well, but who knows??? Has anyone else applied to IDE and heard back? I can't tell if an interview is a good or bad sign.
