Literally just keep up to date with school work. I slacked off most of the year, got a C at easter and locked in over May to get an A in my mocks & on my predicteds. Study however works for you, use your frees and don't stress yourself out too much. There's always time.

Hi @Rio.nr 👋

I'm currently studying Biochemistry at the University of Essex!

My advice would be try and write flashcards for definitions and stuff like that the day you get the content so that when you come to revise you've already got the resources.

I also think a good technique is getting an A4 piece of paper, picking a topic or a mechanism and writing down everything you can remember and then looking at your notes afterwards and see what you missed. This is great to show you what you already know and where the gaps are in your knowledge!

Hope this helps and if you have any more questions about chemistry, I'm happy to answer them

I'm a Year 13 student, and my best tip would be to make sure you understand the content. Pay attention in your lessons, and if you get stuck on anything, please ask for help! Don't skip over any parts you find challenging, because a lot of what you learn in the second year will build upon the AS, so you need to ensure you've got a solid grasp of these earlier topics. Good luck
