If you fail a GCSE (U), should this be included on a UCAS form, or can it be omitted?

UCAS website: "You must enter all your qualifications from secondary education onwards (including if you received a grade 'U')."

As above, but don't worry - unless its in a vital subject, it is not going to have any meaningful impact on your application.
