Apprenticeship qualification on UCAS - do I put training provider or EPA assessor

Hi, I'm trying to add a qualification to my UCAS. I have been with a training provider whilst completing this apprenticeship for the past year or so. The EPA assessor actually has a centre number whereas the training provider has a UKPRN. Do I put the training provider or the EPA assessor when adding pending qualification? If so, what dates of education would I put if I have to put assessor as it would be exam only. Overall, this is super confusing. Thanks so much.

Don’t worry this is a common confusion! For UCAS, you should list your training provider , not the EPA assessor. Use the dates you’ve been on the apprenticeship (start expected finish). You don’t need separate dates just for the EPA.
Your provider can confirm if you want to double-check, but this is what most apprenticeship applicants do.

Thank you so much! That's what I figured but it's always worth double checking when it comes to UCAS.
