Looking for a replacement tenant for uni accomodation ASAP
I am looking for an undergraduate student to take this room ASAP. It is roughly 6ft/3ft with an ensuite bathroom. The room has a three-quatre bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. The room is located in a shared 6 bedroom flat (2 girls, 3 boys currently), with a shared kitchen and lounge area (with TV).
The rent is £149 pw, all bills included.
Contract ends 08/08/27.
(Rent is already paid until january)
The flat is located in Valentine Court just off of Tritton Road and is a 10-minute walk from UoL campus. Free onsite parking is available.

No problem son got his tenancy on there and daughter found someone to take over her tenancy.
