Can't connect to Eduroam at Durham University on my MacBook

Probably a weird one but I just can't get connected to the wifi. I am a commuter student so it's not something I have had to rely on but I've got an online in-class test soon. I'm connected on my phone though weirdly. has anyone had a similar experience and knows how to resolve it?

Not in Durham but yes, I struggle every day of my life with Eduroam. Resetting my laptop sometimes work, other times I manually go to my laptop's WiFi settings to make it forget Eduroam and try logging into it again... might need to reset the laptop anyway one more time.

There was one time that my laptop refused to connect to Eduroam for a whole semester so I was using my university's guest WiFi... but that Internet's speed made dial-up Internet seem fast, so eventually I just redownloaded the Eduroam installer and reinstalled Eduroam on my laptop and that seemed to do the trick.

Failing all of that, there is the age-old trick of trying all of the above while swearing at your laptop

If you haven’t already try both your username with the email ending and with (e.g. abcd12 and [email protected])
