Same thing I was thinking. Wonder if the interview will be similar to architecture interviews, or would it be a mix of engineering and architecture type questions?

So what I'm doing is just preparing for everything that could come up so like personal statement-wise I've annotated my own to see if there's anything I can expand on or they could ask me a question on. And I might do that for my portfolio as well but I would deffo prepare for engineering questions/maths questions because you don't wanna not look at it for it then to appear and then u panic. I've also looked at trinity hall's podcast stuff about interviews and that was acc quite helpful so would reccommend. But like this is so nerve racking I think my brain is just gunna implode and imma freak out and say dumb stuff :/

just had my interview they did not ask a single question on my ps!! they did ask me a lot about current case studies and told me to analyse them which was actually really fun. overall positive experience, so just have fun with it!

Just had mine as well, only stuff on portfolio came up really briefly bc we went through it again, no math or ps. But this depends heavily on the college bc I know last year some people had math questions and some had materials etc.

similar with the other reply! it’s hard to prep for the interview because they could literally ask anything, whether it be maths, ps or portfolio. but in my opinion, it’s a good idea to just be familiar with the course and ur own work. gl!!

Sounds like you did well, congrats!
Can I ask please what you meant by current case studies, do you mean like current events?

Well doneee!! I wanted to ask did they ask at all about the drawing assessment and how long was your portfolio. When you say relevant topics in design, do you mean specifically architecture.

sorry for the late reply! by design i mean whatever design aspect you’re interested in. i talked about architecture, but i know people who are more interested in the design technology side! they didn’t mention the drawing test, though they could. and my portfolio is 20+ pages long which is the recommended amount. however we did speed through it lol
