Hi! I’m an international student currently deciding between a few foundation options, and I’m seriously considering the International Foundation Year in Health, Medical & Life Sciences at Cardiff.
I wanted to ask if anyone here has:
completed this specific foundation year at Cardiff, and
successfully progressed into the MBChB Medicine programme.
If yes, could you share how competitive the progression was, how supportive the teaching/materials were, and whether you felt fully prepared for the transition into Year 1 of Medicine?
Even if you know someone who went through this route, I’d really appreciate any insight or experiences. Thank you so much!

Cardiff's international foundation programmes are run by Study Group, which is a commercial education provider independent of Cardiff Uni. Maybe you could ask Study Group for the statistics/numbers as a customer. Good luck.
