How relevant are the other entrance exams for preparing for ESAT.

I'm sitting the ESAT in about 7 weeks, and I was wondering which entrance exam I should prioritise? From my understanding NSAA, ENGAA is really important for preparing for ESAT, but how good are the ECAA, PAT, MAT and BMAT? I've already completed TMUA papers and STEP foundation modules.

If your main goal is the ESAT, NSAA and ENGAA are the most relevant since they cover similar maths and science skills. ECAA, PAT, MAT, and BMAT are less directly useful unless you’re applying to courses that specifically require them. You’ve done TMUA and STEP foundation, which is a solid start focus on NSAA/ENGAA-style questions to get the best prep for ESAT.
