About intership

Hi guys I'm karan i would love to have your advice I'm struggling alot these days i finished my second year in computer science but I don't have any knowledge jou can say i will continue my 3rd year soon the problem is that i have no clue what to do how to land a internship as i consider i don't know anything about my course i basically forgot what i learn so do you have any advice should i use some camp because I can't study online I'm not focused and get distracted easily please help
