ESAT Results

ESAT wasn't great, I got Math 1: 4.4 Math 2: 5.6 Physics: 5.7. Somehow Imperial Mech Eng gave me an interview invite the day before ESAT results came out.

I think I'm trying to cope with the low score but I am on 3 A* predicted math fm physics and I have 13 grade 9 GCSE (although I think Imperial weight GCSEs lower). I would say my personal statement is quite good. Got offer from Bristol Mech Eng so far.

Do I have a chance or is Imperial just giving me a pity interview? Do unis know my results before I do?

Also how did everyone else do?

Hey man just want to say look on the positive side you still have slightly above average predicteds so you might get in but your grades in ESAT were pretty low so you never know.
I personally got 8.2 in Maths 1 and 7.5 in Maths 2 and 8.3 in physics. I have predicted 4A* and an A in further maths, biology, chemistry, physics, geography and have an achieved A* in spanish, maths. I have 14 9's at GCSE.
I'm applying for aerospace at cambridge, imperial do I have a chance to get in?

I don't think so Imperial and Cambridge both want 9 in all your ESATs if you even want a chance of an interview. Sorry buddy you are out of the game.
