Unconditional admit for masters
Is it possible to receive an unconditional offer based on proof of completed credits, final approved grades, and official confirmation that all requirements for the Master’s degree have been met, while the final degree certificate is issued later?

Thanks for your reply. Will they accept it if it’s mentioned in their offer letter that they would require official degree certificate translated to English? Please let me know

Maybe you get some reputable organisation (your own uni, British Council?) to translate your academic documents, and include the translations in your application.
