How competitive am I for imperial Computer Science MEng (AI and ML)?

You look very strong on paper. Imperial’s Computer Science MEng is highly competitive, especially for AI and ML, but your predicted grades, TMUA score, and supercurriculars put you in a good position. Your personal statement and any demonstrated interest in AI/ML will also matter a lot. Keep in mind that interviews and contextual factors can affect the outcome, but overall you have a competitive profile.
