Hey!

First advice, dont compare your experiences with other autistic peoples experiences! people have different triggers and different support needs it is a spectrum after all,

I would say leverage any support you are given and speak up quickly- if you need time out of class, communicate that, if you need to study in a coffee shop instead of at home, do that, if you believe you need any accommodations for your exam eg: separate room, say it now!! it can take months to get this approved with the exam board, dont leave it too late!

I went to a college so we didnt have uniforms, but If you go to a sixth form you might, consider asking to wear your own clothes on exam day if you have sensory issues with clothing textures! can really help with exam pressure,

Noise cancellation headphones need approval before official exams, even if you have access to them in mocks now, this doesn't mean you will in an official exam, make sure you confirm this (if this is a need of yours)

Prioritise sleep and proper nutrition- high fibre and protein to stay full, making sure you're having enough fruit and veg, these things can annoy anyone- hunger and tiredness, but can be considerably more difficult for an autistic individual.

Learn yourself and listen to what your body is telling you, self awareness is the best skill an autistic person can have, it allows us to detect when we are overwhelmed and what we need to combat this

Please reach out if you have any other specific questions
