gcse biology practical 1 microscopy
I've got an exam on monday and I'm revising practicals. If i had a 6 marker on a method for microscopy, do i say how to peel the onion, put a drop of iodine etc. or do i just say how to use a microscope

Firstly cut very thin slices of the onion with a sharp knife
Place it on the slide and add a drop of iodine to stain the organelles and make them more visible.
Use blotting paper to remove any excess stain.
Place the coverslip on top.
Then you would describe how to use the microscope, eg start with the lowest magnification first
