Did I do the wrong thing ?

When I was in high school there was this girl named Litzy. I was friends with her for a while. I treated her nice and listened to her stories. There was no disrespect. I did notice that she would lie a lot. I would catch on because I put attention to her and every detail. Stuff didn’t add up or I already knew the truth. Like one time she accused my friend of being a creep and a weirdo for looking at her during math class , they don’t have math class together and neither did they have in freshman year bc I shared classses with him. Another one was when she accused one of my friends of humping her and saying she has big tatas when that day he wasn’t in school and was sick for a whole week. One day my friend came out about her boyfriend being abusive and we were trying to convince her to leave him and ect. Then a few weeks later I came out with a guy in our school who had sexually assaulted me. I had felt the trust there at the moment. Later Litzy later come out with her ex , who was my friend’s cousin and was my friend, that he had abused her and tried to get himself on her, the weird part was how she explained the story to be like when my friend got abused with her bf and how I got sexually assaulted. It was really weird. Her story was identical like if she just had placed both stories together and called it a day. She was telling everything to everybody so I told my friend because things could have ended up wrong. When she found out o told him she was so mad. She said she had proof that was never shown. She tried to make me believe that she wasn’t lying. The guy had shown me proof that she was lying and stuff showing it was her. She was lying. After that we never spoke again. She would shi talk me and I would hear her but to her she thought she was quite when she wasnt. After a while I tried to forget it. But she started to shi talk again. So I told the guy. She said he was forcing himself on her which I know of cause one of the girls I was friends with and she was friends with told me. So I had to explain what the truth that I had seen.later that day Litzy was screaming so loud it ****ed me off. Then she said she wanted to talk to me. She came out with a whole bunch of stupid ass lies. She said I had said sum she checked my messages that I didn’t hav to show her, she didn’t find what she was looking for and was no willing to show me what she was looking for. So it was bs. Later she said that I said her friend Brianna stank because one of the girls there told her when I was trying to tell her it was herself but ig I didn’t explain it well when I said it could of been one of them and was going after HER. But alr. Also she said she got proof and there was nun. :smile:

. Then she said I hated her, I didn’t hate her but I didn’t like the shi she was doing and how she found it ok ? Then she told me that I said I was going to beat her ass. To be honest I was, I did say that, because how can such a disgusting person exist Latin about those things , but my friend asked me not to so I didn’t. I agreed to that and after it was silence so I got my stuff and left. I was quite because if I said anything I would have gotten really mad and would have crashed out them. Oh and there was a girl there trying to act tough and like standing up acting like she was going to beat my ass. *****y as people.

Sounds like you handled a really messy situation well. Her lying, twisting stories, and making false accusations is not your problem to fix. You did the right thing by stepping back, staying calm, and not escalating. Don’t worry about her or the other drama you’re out of it now, and that’s what matters.
