A level norwich college

I'm currently at the end of my secondary school years, and I'm worried about a-levels and what to pick as I'm very, very determined to be a midwife because that's been my dream job. Anyways I plan to go to norwich college an ive even done research on what a levels are required for midwifery and so far my main worry is biology/human biology as I'm doing foundation maths and I'm predicted a 5 which is the highest grade in foundation you can get and I looked on the college's website and it said taking biology you need to have a grade 6 and obviously I don't think I can get that as the highest I can get is 5

however, the other 2 a levels I had a look at are sociology and health & social, and I think I'm interested to do them but my main question is, Is there a subject I could do that would make me likely accepted to university if it's not biology as that's the recommendation?

You don’t necessarily need A level Biology for midwifery many universities accept Health & Social Care, Sociology, or Psychology instead. Focus on subjects you enjoy and pair them with some healthcare experience to strengthen your application. Check each uni’s entry requirements and ask Norwich College’s careers team for guidance.

There are lots of midwifery degree courses that don't require biology. Often they don't specify any specific subjects and some request 'a science'. Many unis accept psychology as the science so it might be worth giving that some thought. Also consider an applied science BTEC instead of health and social care.
