ucas options swap

Hi!
I submitted my ucas application about a month ago, but I've just stumbled across the most perfect course at a uni I didn't apply for. I know you can't change your options after 14 days, but I was just wondering if there was any hope I could still apply for it for this year?

If you've used all five options then you can't apply to a course at another uni now. Your only option is to wait until UCAS Extra opens in February, but to do this you would need to decline any offers you receive.
