Is person perspective form or structure? Same with line length?

What's the difference?

I tried searching it up but I can't understand - can anyone please help? Thanks.

Person or perspective is about who’s telling the story (first person “I”, third person “she/he”). Form is the type or structure of the piece, like a poem, sonnet, short story, or essay. Line length is just how long each line is, which affects rhythm or emphasis. So perspective = voice, form = type, line length = style choice.
