URGENT: Room Swap/ Tenancy Takeover University of Birmingham

I’m currently looking for a university of birmingham student to takeover my tenancy at pritchatts park. It’s the pritchatts park townhouses, it’s really close to campus (7 minutes walk), a clean and quiet flat where I only share with 4 others. I’m looking to go into private accommodation that is why i’m putting out this post. Please if anyone is interested let me know!! I’m lowkey losing my mind here it’s far too quiet for my liking and I have friends in the accommodation I want to move to.
