It is. Its a situational judgement assessment, logical reasoning & numerical reasoning (if you applied for a finance role). Then if you pass them, you’ll automatically unlock video interviews

how long do you get to prepare before each question?

Are people automatically guaranteed the online assessment?

Reply 13

If the vi doesnt automatically unlock does that mean a rejection?

Would u guys say nationwide is competative

all grad schemes are competitive for sure but the nationwide name isnt exactly people drool over. the salary is pretty basic at 34k as well. Compared to others like lloyds, natwest, its def not competitive

I guess so, I feel like the salary isnt too bad compared to other firms that typically offer 28-30k

Just did the assessment and VI for customer experience, I didn't realise there was a VI so was not mentally prepared- don't feel like it was my best attempt but oh well!

Is there a video interview for the product and project management role too?

Reply 19

What sort of questions came up in the video interview? And how many questions were there?
