What path is the best for me

Path A, Computer science degree at cambridge or Imperial/ degree apprenticeship, one of my dream jobs been coding since y8 and im a full stack developer now. But job market is bad.

Path B
Enter finance/consultancy sector, degree apprenticeship or a economics degree at lse then into finance
undesireable due to long hours stressful environment

Path C
Speedbird Z program. Pilot training, dream job ever but 150 places for 5000 applications very slim

Path D
Study PPE at cambridge/Lse move into civil servant fast stream or politics

which seems the best in your opinion

It’s about you so choose what you think is best!

This is an important decision, you shouldn't be asking people online who know nothing about you or what you want out of your career. Just spend some time reflecting and weighing things up, but remember to prioritise a balance of what you think you will enjoy and where your strengths lie / what is realistic. Maybe insight days or work experience can help with this (could be virtual). You also don't have to pick a degree with a specific career path in mind and it's unlikely that you will exactly follow whatever you set out to anyway. P.s. Cambridge does not offer PPE but Oxford does

If you want to go into finance then any oxbridge degree will be fine, big financial companies scout students from target unis and Oxbridge is obviously up there! So from that it means youre basically just choosing uni (and you need to decide what degree to go for) or pilot training. Are you able to apply for both uni and pilot training? Have you given thought as to what degree you’d enjoy the most?
