Not sure about Exeter and Oxford but I applied for PPE at KCL and UCL, Econ and Politics at LSE last year, I submitted my UCAS 11 Oct and received an offer for KCL in late April, and rejections for LSE and UCL in late April and early May. Seems anything Economics related takes ages! Also applied to Warwick and Bath, offered Warwick in early May and Bath offer was mid February which was my first. All offers were well after the equal consideration deadline end January
