Mathematics with Physics - Cambridge

I have applied to Cambridge this year, specifically for the Mathematics with Physics course. As I understand it, due to the nature of the course and ability to transfer to Natural Sciences in second year, that I may be asked some more general questions on physics.

Can anyone confirm this base of previous interviews or knowledge? Or perhaps is this interview typically strictly Mathematical and generally focusing on more applied Mathematics, such as Newtonian Dynamics/Mechanics and Waves etc.

Any advice would be great, I am yet to hear anything interview wise but of course, preparation must go on!

Yes, they may ask you some more Physics-y questions. "If you are applying for Maths with Physics you will always be asked at least one mechanics question."
