Application form PH ST1

Hi everyone! I'm applying for the second time and feeling a bit confused by the application form this year. The page where I’m supposed to enter my “Competence/Eligibility” details is completely blank—there are no fields to fill in. Last year, this section included fields for my entry qualifications (e.g., “Non-Medical Applicants for Public Health”), but this time there’s nothing there. Has anyone else experienced this?
