Looking for a replacement tenant (Uni of Salford)

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my current room at the student accommodation, starting Jan 2026 until Jun 2026. It is a shared flat with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and the rent is £141.50 per week with bills included.
The other two rooms are occupied. They are first years, about 19-20 years old. There's no particular characteristics for the new tenant, all is welcome.
I'd say this is a very good starting point for students in January cohort, because I am one and I struggled to find a student accommodation in January. 😁
