Tenancy takeover - Manchester

I’m moving out of my current accommodation soon and just want to see if I can maybe prefire a tenancy takeover for january time.

I’m at millpoint which is a unite students accommodation; it’s right by the city centre, only a 12 min walk from the MMU campus and 30 mins from UCFB, also right by piccadilly station.

The rent is £202 a week all bills included for 51 weeks (excluding the term I’ve lived here of course) for a classic en-suite room.

My flatmates are all super nice and we’re a pretty clean flat; Also I will say I am an undergraduate female tenant and the accommodation might prefer another female tenant to replace me for some basic safety reasons but please do let me know if you have any questions.

The room will be free from the first week of December should anyone want to move in earlier.
